Open House Preparation IIIWe packed many many goodie bags on Thursday. 1200+ in fact. It doesn't sound like A LOT but it is!! And even though packing goodie bags is not really my idea of fun, and I got a little irritated by some forces in the beginning, I conclude that I really DID have fun! HAHAHAHAHAHAA again because of the fantastic people!
Many many many many many magazines and boxes of drinks. There's a reason why Teckquan can become Chuck Bass for a day. (pukes)

Teenage June, Teenage May, Musings, Wake Up (some info about MJ), 1 packet of drink, pen, EZlink card holder, and maybe a notebook if you're lucky. Or even vouchers.
Open House 2008Since I wasn't involved with my class' booth, and I wouldn't be able to walk around and tour during the actual Open House, during the CG Booth Preparations, Hilma and I walked around pretending to be tourists. HAHAHHAHAA.

In the midst of the buzz and preparations, some people remain strong. Can you see that there's still consultations going on? Respect man!
Anyway our fun didn't last long because at 10am we had to move the really heavy tables from the library, and several chairs. I swear chivalry is dead because all the guys did were to look at us, (me, Gina, Hilma) and say "jia you" or "good luck Sharon". HAHAHAHA. Not that we expect anything when we decided to carry the tables ourselves. Because, Girl Power, yo!
And so we sat down at our reception area and started drawing.
I wasn't feeling emo at that point in time. But my Broken Heart is enough to make a teacher stare at me for several seconds. LOL. I am not an emo kid.
Our booth! Not exactly a booth but I don't know what to call it. Reception area? Registration area? Several visitors came and tell us "We wanna register". LOL register what sio. Marriage ah?
And there was this irritating monster that kept irritating me. I was standing beside it and it kept hitting me!!!!!! So I hit it back several times and then it rebounced and hit my eyes. And it can't stop swinging and swinging!

In the midst of all the hype and buzz, we took a little breather. Hilma and I began pushing ourselves around using the pushcart. I know it's crazy but it's crazy fun!
I was pushing Hilma! And after that Sharmaine joined in and we pushed Hilma around crazily. HAHAHAHA.
I know I look ugly here but whatever you can't expect me to stay glam (not that I am glam) after a whole day (or half a day) of moving things. :D:D
After that we swopped and Hilma pushed Sharmaine and I! Renmeng helped Hilma too. And it was really fun!!!! HAHAHAHAHHAHA! Laughed till I was really tired. HAHAHAHAA. Okay I can't stop smiling to myself now too cause I swear it's damn fun.
Then blah blah, didn't take any photos because there was a lot of people coming in.
The councillors, with the school behind. College Mass Dance, yo! It was fusion dance. I joined in for this!! HAHAHAHA.
The interhouse mass dance was goood! :D And even though I didn't have a chance to take part in it, although I really would love to, (at the last minute I wanted to join but we needed partners. :( So sad.) I think my classmates really enjoyed themselves!!! :D:D So yeah~ Even though Atlas didn't win, what mattered was everyone enjoyed. I enjoyed watching too. So congratulations Dominic!
And congrats to Jingxiong cause Miranda won! :D
Anyway after that was the end of the MJC Open House. Not for us though. We had to shift back the tables and chairs, clear the trash, move the goodie bags to the GO for the teachers, give out the extra goodie bags, and arrange back the tables and chairs of the classrooms. Gosh.
On my way to the classrooms I saw this. HAHAHAHAHHA what a funny poster!!
I swear Weiting is damn cute! Hahahaha she and Blanche are the cutest things alive.
Fazli and my idea of arranging chairs. We thought we can push them all like that, and it'll go to their respective positions. (Was dang proud of ourselves) But in the end it was DAMNNNNNNNN hard to push!!!!!!! And oops, did I chop the soccer captain's head off in the picture? HAHAHAHAHHA.

There was a lot of magazines left over. Mr Gohel told us to distribute it to people.
And so I wanted to be Santarina and took a stack to distribute but nobody wants them. HAHAHAHAHHA. How sad is that~
Left school pretty late. And you thought that's the end?
Not yet, because we have to take the banners down too. :(
But nevermind, I had fun with the comm (Teckquan, Gina, Sharon, Hilma) and with Kuanyee and Gina's friends! Hahahahaha!!
