Feeling: Weird

Today's our last Photog meeting.
Somehow it feels kind of weird. Kinda sudden and abrupt. Hahaha.
I remember the first time I went to the club meeting with Hilma. I was damn scared and damn excited and damn happy all at the same time. Scared because I went there on the second week, and everyone already sort of knew each other/ formed their own cliques. Excited and happy because I managed to successfully appeal in (LOL I was in ODAC for PAE).
I remember the first time I went on Photog duty - Science Fiesta. My photos all turned out looking like shit and I couldn't even salvage it with Photoshop. I was damn scared that Quentin would scold me.
I remember the first time I shot for soccer. I remember shooting for the SAJC vs MJC match where there was the penalty shootout. I remember the ball coming towards me and my first instict was to turn over to prevent the ball from hitting the telephoto. (The ball hit my butt in the end!)
I remember Hilma and I being the only 2 Meridians standing over at the SAJC side, cheering and clapping when Edmund managed to rescue the ball, or whenever MJ scores. I remember how high the Meridian crowd was. I remember how loud the cheers were.
I remember the time I went all the way to Boonlay just to take pictures for the Leadership Training Camp. I remember going home late at 11pm. All just to take photos. And I remember going home with nice photos! :D
I love how being a Photographer has sort of empowered me to venture into areas of unknown. Now I'm quite thick-skinned when taking pictures of random people. Teeheee.
I love it that many times, I am not on duty just to take photos or to cover the event -. I get to see many different people in new light and perspective. I get to experience the "backstage" of things.
I also got to know the nice people from my batch, the exco and the current J1s. I'm glad that at least they're not just "oh that Photog dude". At least I know them by their names, andwho they are. :D And then there's Elliot who's our idol, and Zhenghui whose macho and soft side we saw. HAHAHA!
Most of all, I got to know a great bunch of people like Hilma Gina Kuanyeeeee. Seriouslyyyyyy they're friends that I want to keep in years to come! We must continue going out to shoot okay!!!

Anyway I think I recover already. I think we can go Pulau Ubin on Friday!!

:( I've been sick for the past few days. Don't worry it's not swine flu and I don't have fever already. My throat is alright now and I no longer have a running nose. I just feel very tired and sore like I have fever but my temperature's normal. This is damn annoying and it's affecting my mood!!!!
And blogger is damn lag!!
And I have a SPA trial retest tomorrow. :( And Chem test. And NAPFA. Bad day.
